When you connect your Facebook Page or interact with our Page Messenger channels, we collect and process the following information:

• **Basic Profile Information:** We request the user's first name, last name, and profile picture URL through Facebook Graph API when they message our Page.
• **Chat Identifiers:** Page-Scoped IDs (PSID) and dynamic conversation/thread keys.
• **Message Transcripts:** Text messages, attachments (images, files), and timestamps sent directly to our integrated Facebook Page inbox.

We process this data strictly for the following purposes:

• To centralize customer communications, automatically logging message transcripts under the respective contact profile inside the SRT CRM.
• To display the contact's name and photo in the operator's workspace so CRM users can identify the participant they are corresponding with.
• To enable automated, system-triggered customer notifications (such as invoice links and delivery status updates) through your preferred messaging channels.

Your security is our absolute priority. We employ multi-tenant isolation, encrypted HTTPS connections, and strict access controls on the staging and production VPS.

We retain messaging history only as long as necessary to provide customer support and maintain records inside the CRM.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data collected via our services at any time.

To submit a deletion request for your Facebook messaging history or profile details stored in our database, please contact our support team at **office@srt.md**. Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
